Description
Sr. HR Generalist with HR Analyst duties
· Develop standard and ad hoc reports, templates, dashboards, scorecards, and metrics per KPI’s
· Research, analyze, and present data as assigned. - Turnover, headcount, compensation, etc.
· Write detailed reports.
· Troubleshoot data and reports.
· Assist in various HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
· Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines.
· Recruitment, onboarding, open enrollment, benefits administration for new hires and employee
relations
· Attract, retain, and motivate the best talent per the business goals of the company
· Specialist projects: identifying gaps in HR department, assist in special projects such as
developing a plant to design a positive company culture, recognizing employees for their
performance – service awards, and updating of employee handbook.
MS Excel Wizard.
Ability to work with multiple sources of data.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or related area
10+ years' of experience working in Human Resources
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Requirements - PHR/SPHR or other relevant certifications a plus
Ability to influence, interact, and build strong relationships at all levels across the organization
Skilled at time management
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
Efficient in handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field required
Possess strong organizational and follow-up skills
1+ years of human resources experience
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
