Description We are looking for a Software Developer in Houston, Texas, who will be an integral part of our team in the service industry. This role is a short-term contract position, focusing on the development and improvement of our payment processing system. The Software Developer will work on tasks such as API development, database management, and ensuring the security of our applications.

Responsibilities

• Work on transferring our payment processing to auth.net

• Develop and maintain applications using VB, C#, .net, and SQL

• Create and manage windows form development

• Utilize skills in API development to improve system functionality

• Ensure the security of our applications through understanding and implementing dependency injection and hashing techniques

• Use Atlassian Jira for project management and bug tracking

• Perform backend development tasks to improve system efficiency

• Conduct AB Testing to ensure the effectiveness of system changes

• Utilize skills in Ajax for creating asynchronous web applications

• Work with ASP.NET in developing and maintaining our web applications. Requirements • Proficient in Atlassian Jira for managing software development projects

• Demonstrated experience in Backend Development

• Familiarity with Bug Tracking methodologies to maintain software quality

• Strong knowledge of C++ programming language

• Experience with Database management and operations

• Ability to conduct AB Testing for software optimization

• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodology for project management

• Proficient in Ajax for creating asynchronous web applications

• Experience in API Development for software integration
