his role involves providing comprehensive support for ETRM and other systems that cover front, mid, and back-office support across domains such as marketing, contract management, risk management, scheduling, valuation, settlement, invoicing, reporting, interfaces, etc. for various commodities. As a part of an integrated team, you will provide technical assistance to key business users and technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to organization-wide projects, specifically those requiring software installations/upgrades, utilizing Endur, Java, and JVS scripting skills; Conduct system integration testing with these technologies.

• Aid in the planning, design, evaluation, implementation, and monitoring of applications or systems, using Endur, Java, and JVS scripting when needed.

• Consult with customers, identifying their needs and problems, to apply your business expertise and technical knowledge in Endur, Java, and JVS scripting to design and create innovative information solutions.

• Develop and document systems/application models using Endur, Java, and JVS scripting, ensuring these solutions meet customer needs.

• Provide operational and functional support for systems, troubleshoot and resolve problems utilizing your technical skills in Endur, Java, and JVS scripting.

• Utilize available resources to gain business knowledge and develop solutions that add business value, leveraging your expertise in Endur, Java, and JVS scripting.

• Provide technical training and mentoring within the team, focusing on skill development in Endur, Java, and JVS scripting.

• Participate in monthly Maintenance Window rotation and periodic on-call responsibilities, demonstrating your proficiency in Endur, Java, and JVS scripting.

• Facilitate communication across various business and IT groups, discussing technical issues and solutions regarding Endur, Java, and JVS scripting.

• Frequently use your skills in Endur, Java, and JVS scripting to accomplish a wide range of tasks and responsibilities.

Requirements • Candidate must possess at least 7 years of experience as a Systems Analyst

• Proficiency in Endur, Java, and SQL is required

• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and systems

• Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovative solutions

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team

• High attention to detail and accuracy in all work

• Experience in project management and leading teams is preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is required

• Knowledge of business processes and systems development lifecycle is desirable

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Experience in the design and implementation of business solutions

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to understand and adapt to changing business needs and requirements
