Natran Green Pest Control Sales Support Representative in Houston, Texas

SALES SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE

POSITION OVERVIEW

As a member of our sales support team, you’ll join a collaborative, friendly, and competitive team-oriented environment all while knowing you’re making a difference in the world.

This is a truly entry-level role where you can lean on your people skills while you learn the ins and outs of our industry and company. You’ll be expected to call all customers who already have pending quotes from our field inspectors and check in with those customers. You’ll learn some basic sales techniques to help capture that new line of revenue, but your priority will be to ensure that the customer has all the information they need to make an informed decision about their pest control needs. You’ll receive training and education so you can answer their questions and help them solve the problem they reached out to us with in the first place! This is the most entry-level position in our Customer Experience department, which means there is an abundance of room for advancement past this role as well. We’re excited to see you grow within our team!

TRAINING & EXPERIENCE

  • No Prior Pest Control Experience Needed: We provide comprehensive training and pay for your licensing!

  • No Prior Sales Support Experience Required: We value a positive attitude and ambition over experience; every new rep goes through our well-established and proven training program, giving you the tools to be successful.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Outbound calls to follow up on quotes from our inspectors

  • Excellent, cheerful customer interactions

  • Use training and new knowledge of the pest control industry to answer customer questions about their proposal and future interactions with our company

  • Ability to stay organized with daily tasks and call lists

  • Assist customers in completing the necessary paperwork to proceed with their purchase

  • Clear communication with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure seamless customer experience

    QUALIFICATIONS

  • People Skills: Demonstrating an ability to have delightful interactions with customers. Prior experience in customer-facing roles is a plus!

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to use empathy and critical thinking to assist customers in ever-changing scenarios.

  • Adaptability: Our industry is ever-changing and evolving. A hunger to learn and grow during training and for the duration of your career is vital to this role. 

  • Technology Proficiency: Typing speed of at least 30 WPM and proficient with CRM software, Google Office Suite, and other relevant tools.

  • Passion: A genuine desire to improve the lives of the people around us and sincere interest in our eco-friendly and health-conscious products.

  • Ability and willingness to obtain licenses: Must obtain General Pest Technician’s license within 90 days of hire. (Education and testing is paid for by Natran)

  • Critical Thinking Skills: Intentional focus on correctly identifying and solving issues for customers is vital in this role. You will use your training and licensing to ensure that pest identification and treatment plans are clear and accurate with every customer.
