Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clerical duties, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to coordinate various projects effectively.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
Assist with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Coordinate special projects as assigned
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Provide administrative support to staff as needed
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
Experience:
Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Knowledge of administrative procedures
