• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

• Knowledge of Direct Visitors

• Assist Visitors experience

• Solid understanding of Assist Visitors

• Proven knowledge of Answering Multi-Line Phone System

• Direct Guests experience

• Foundational knowledge in Assist Guests

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent phone etiquette and ability to establish rapport with diverse clientele

• Optimistic, perceptive, resourceful, solution-oriented, and tech-savvy
