Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant in the IT industry, based in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will provide strategic oversight and planning for program and portfolio management, ensuring alignment of skills and resources with company projects. You will be expected to manage system development and implementation using independent judgment and in accordance with prescribed IT and project management methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage large, long-range or multiple complex IT application development projects.

• Define project scope, set priorities, and establish deadlines and deliverable schedules.

• Facilitate discussions and consensus among various project stakeholders, such as analysts, application programmers, and clients.

• Monitor and manage project budgets and expenditures.

• Employ advanced knowledge of Atlassian Jira, Cisco Technologies, Cloud Technologies, CRM, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning in project management tasks.

• Utilize skills in AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Budget Processes, and Change Management to effectively manage projects.

• Identify, prioritize, authorize, manage, and control projects and programs to achieve strategic business objectives.

• Ensure alignment of projects with company policies, methods, and procedures.

• Coordinate and oversee the activities of other employees involved in projects. Requirements • Possession of a minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Project Manager or Senior Consultant.

• Demonstrated proficiency in Atlassian Jira and Agile Scrum methodologies.

• Familiarity with Cisco Technologies is essential.

• Proven experience with Cloud Technologies and CRM systems.

• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is required.

• Ability to utilize 'About Time' software effectively.

• Practical experience in AB Testing is necessary.

• Understanding of Budget Processes and how to implement them.
