Description We are in search of a Programmer Analyst to join our team in Houston, Texas. As a Programmer Analyst, your role will involve both web design and development, and you will work closely with our customers to implement updates and upgrades. This role is part of a contract, long-term contract and offers an opportunity to work within the tech industry, specifically focusing on HTML, JavaScript, and Python Flask.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using HTML, JavaScript, and Python Flask.

• Collaborate with end users to understand their needs and implement upgrades and updates accordingly.

• Work on the ArcGIS Cloud platform to support various tasks and processes.

• Continuously improve existing code to enhance website performance and user experience.

• Collaborate with the team to design and develop new features for the web platform.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to web design and development.

• Ensure website compatibility across different browsers and platforms.

• Participate in all phases of the software development life cycle.

• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to identify, troubleshoot, and propose solutions to technical issues.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and technologies. Requirements • Must possess strong skills in HTML, JavaScript, Python, and Python Flask

• Demonstrated ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex problems

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work

• Prior experience as a Programmer Analyst is a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred

• Willingness to continuously learn and stay updated with the latest industry trends

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
