Our client, a medical device engineering company, is seeking a Program Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Program Manager with highly regulated industries.

Job Title: Program Manager

Location: Houston, TX 77058

Job Type: Contract - 3-6 months, with potential extensio n

Pay Range: $60.00-70.00 per hour

What’s the Job?

  • The Program Manager II provides leadership to cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for new product development, commercialization of new products and sustaining of existing products.

  • This position is responsible for managing resources to ensure that programs meet milestones and deliverables

  • Resolves program resource issues and facilitates reallocation of activities and efforts to ensure schedules are achieved.

  • Conducts financial evaluation of programs.

  • Facilitates all core team meetings and tracks progress against the project plan.

  • Complies with US FDA regulations, other regulatory requirements, Company policies, operating procedures, processes and task assignments.

What’s Needed?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering

  • Class III Medical Device experience

  • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience within Medical Device industry

  • Demonstrated experience in leading projects and programs

  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex business and technical aspects of small to medium scale development programs
