ALTIVIA is looking to fill the position of Product Analyst. Reporting to the Business Director, the Analyst will be working closely with the Product Management team with the primary goal of increasing productivity and efficiency in the financial decision-making process. The Product Analyst will learn the inner workings of our businesses.

  • Responsible for developing, improving, and executing global product management processes and supporting the needs of our commercial and product teams
  • Process Management and Improvement
  • Manage, and optimize pricing management and processes across all ALTIVIA businesses
  • Pricing systems and customer price management, Raw material pricing, Invoice validation, customer consignment ...etc
  • Create new processes and tools to increase our accuracy/speed in managing price
  • Data Management and Analysis
  • Responsible for packaging/modeling data in a variety of ways (Excel, BI..etc) for the commercial and product teams to aid in decision making on production, market, sales and customer strategies
  • Network Inventory customer planning
  • Costing analytics for improved decision-making
  • Forecast Accuracy - track performance and use data to improve accuracy over time
  • Microsoft BI databases - use and develop new BI tools to improve access and ability to use real-time data for decision making
  • Population and tracking of Consumption and Market related databases
  • Internal and External presentation support
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in business related field;
  • 3 to 5 years experience preferred
  • Ideal candidate will be organized, a strategic thinker, and a quick learner.
  • Highly analytical with strong financial acumen. Experience in Profit and Loss statements and making financial decisions
  • Excellent communication skills
