Description We are searching for a proficient PC Technician to join our team located in Houston, Texas, United States. The role involves a variety of tasks that require a strong understanding of computer hardware and software. This position offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to computer systems, hardware, and computer peripherals.

• Install, configure, and manage computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.

• Conduct regular checks and perform preventative maintenance to ensure system functionality and efficiency.

• Provide technical support across the company, responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.

• Set up accounts for new users and assist with password and login issues.

• Test alternative pathways until you resolve an issue.

• Work with Dell Technologies, Linux Technologies, and Backup Technologies to ensure smooth operation.

• Assist with the installation of cable infrastructure.

• Maintain and manage Active Directory, EO/IR systems, and Apple Devices.

• Utilize AB Testing skills to optimize system performance. Requirements • Proficiency in computer hardware, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting

• Familiarity with database systems and their administration

• Knowledge of Dell technologies and their applications

• Experience with EO/IR systems and their operation

• Expertise in Linux technologies and their implementation

• Proficiency in AB Testing methodologies and their execution

• Experience with Active Directory and its management

• Ability to manage and troubleshoot Apple devices

• Knowledge of backup technologies and their applications
