Our client is currently seeking an Operations Engineer with Commissioning and TAB experience to join their growing team in Houston's Energy Corridor.

Job: Operations Engineer

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc.

• Experience:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience.

  • Open to candidates with backgrounds in electrical and mechanical engineering.

  • Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360, etc.).

  Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the BD Manager to identify and connect with clients.

• Create and finalize proposals and Statements of Qualifications (SOQs).

• Work closely with the COO, stepping in to handle tasks when needed.

• Manage the lifecycle of projects, ensuring successful delivery.

• Partner with internal teams and external vendors to set priorities and drive schedules.

• Lead effective meetings and document discussions and decisions.

• Communicate project status and risk mitigation plans clearly and promptly.

• Improve processes to enhance team efficiency and value.

• This role supports growing US operations.

• Small office environment.

• First US office, with additional offices across the Middle East.
