Job Description

An employer is looking for an OCM Lead to join their team to support development of OCM strategy and planning for ESG and HSE projects. On a daily basis, this person will work with PMs to complete Stakeholder Analyses, Change Impact Assessments, and Communication Plans. They will maintain a master communications tracker including messages, senders, audiences, platform, timelines and frequencies. They will continue to build and maintain communication channels including email templates, newsletter templates, microsites (SharePoint), videos, surveys, or others as needed. The OCM Lead will assist in the development of dashboards and reports to be used while ensuring project tasks and timelines are met. This is a very collaborative team, they will have weekly team meetings and be required to be onsite Tuesday-Thursdays.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of experience in Change Management

Experience leading and being part of major IT change

Understanding of OCM Principles and Methodologies

Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps methodologies

Advanced communication skills - written and oral; the ability to simplify complex technical concepts to essential components, translate them into non-technical terminology and effectively deliver them to a wide range of audiences

Working knowledge of Office 365 applications (OneDrive, Teams, Yammer, etc.) Prosci certification is highly preferred

Experience working on HSE or ESG projects

Familiarity with data visualization tools like PowerBI or Excel

Familiarity with graphical, video production, visual design null
