Job Description

The program manager will be expected to lead, develop, manage, and improve assigned programs, including the serious injury and fatality (SIF) prevention program. Participates in collaborative activities to optimize safety performance with a focus on Serious Injury and Fatality (SIF) prevention, Human and Organizational Performance Principles (HOP), and Learning Teams.

Skills and Requirements

Requires a Bachelors degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Psychology, Engineering, Business, or related technical field.

7 Years of experience working in Safety

5 years of experience working in serious injury prevention

Experience working with Human Organizational Performance (HOP) philosophies

Experience working with agile project management

Experience creating safety controls, doing risk assessment, and creating safety audit programs/procedures ASP/CSP/SMS/PMP or equivalent certification

Utility industry experience (gas/electric) null
