Robert Half Investor Relations Analyst in Houston, Texas
Description
We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Investor Relations Analyst in the Professional Services industry, based in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining an active dialogue with key internal finance and business leaders, contributing to the creation of earnings press releases, presentations, and conference calls, and providing support for shareholder outreach and relationship management efforts.
Responsibilities:
Financial Analysis: Analyze financial statements, market trends, and competitor performance to provide insights for investor communications.
Communication: Assist in the preparation of quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, and other materials for investor meetings and conferences.
Shareholder Engagement: Respond to inquiries from shareholders, analysts, and potential investors, providing accurate and timely information.
Market Intelligence: Monitor industry news, analyst reports, and regulatory developments to assess their impact on the company and its investors.
Investor Outreach: Coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences, facilitating interactions between company executives and investors.
Data Management: Maintain investor databases, track shareholder ownership, and prepare reports on shareholder activity.
Corporate Governance: Assist in the preparation of proxy statements, annual reports, and other regulatory filings related to corporate governance.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
5+ years' Investor Relations experience
Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of financial concepts and accounting principles.
Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret financial data, conduct market research, and identify trends.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into clear and concise messages.
Attention to Detail: Accuracy and precision in analyzing data and preparing materials for investor communications.
Teamwork: Collaborative mindset, willing to work closely with colleagues in the Investor Relations department and other cross-functional teams.
