Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Industrial Billing Clerk in Houston, Texas. You will be joining a team involved in the industry, where your main tasks will revolve around managing customer accounts, processing applications, and responding to inquiries.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently process customer credit applications using Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services

• Maintain and update customer credit records on a regular basis

• Utilize computerized billing systems to handle all billing related tasks

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on their status

• Use EHR SYSTEM and Epic Software for maintaining accurate records

• Utilize 'About Time' software for time tracking and material billing

• Perform accounting functions and manage accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR)

• Respond to and manage answering inbound calls from customers

• Ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with the industry's standards and regulations. Requirements • Proficiency in using Accounting Software Systems

• Experience with ADP - Financial Services

• Ability to operate Computerized Billing systems

• Familiarity with EHR SYSTEM

• Proficient in Epic Software

• Knowledge of About Time software

• Ability to perform Accounting Functions

• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience in managing Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Ability to manage Answering Inbound Calls effectively
