Description

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced HVAC Service Technicians for projects located in the Houston, TX area . This is a full time opportunity and the pay rate is $28/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are an HVAC Service Technician and want to work alongside other proven craftsmen who emphasize safety, productivity, and superior craftsmanship, this is your chance to advance your career!

Job Scope:

• Daily maintenance on all mechanical equipment

• Building checks

• Replace air filters, fan motor and duct flex

• Respond to work orders

• Cleans drain

• Operate, maintain, and monitor equipment used for cooling and heating including chillers, boilers, air handlers, chill and hot water pumps and various others pieces of equipment

• Maintain boiler operation

• Check plant operation on automated controls system

• Maintain water softener system

• Performs other job related duties as assigned

• Basic hand tools
