Our greatest asset has been, and will continue to be, our people. We are looking for an experienced and motivated individual to fill the position of HR Systems Service Manager within our HR Systems group based in Houston, Texas.

Responsibilities include:

  • Demonstrates extensive abilities and proven success with serving on an HRIS support team and/or enterprise wide implementations, acting as an HRIS Service Management Lead, Scrum Master, or Program/Project Manager, which includes leveraging the following areas and skill sets:
  • Responsible for assist in planning and executing of Workday semi-annual releases for new enhancements, configuration migration, coordinate regression testing, and maintain regression test scripts
  • Accountable for HR Systems adherence to change control and other support processes, case management and performance reporting
  • Enhancement request intake, and prioritization using Workday Case Management
  • Assessment, design and delivery of process improvements based on leading practices
  • HCM strategy and transformation across people, process and organization enabled by technology
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum
  • Familiarity with Workday system configuration
  • Maintenance and building of effective controls
  • Management of teams with multiple work streams and across multiple time zones
  • Development of project plans, and knowledge of RACIs, RAID logs, joint planning sessions and workshops
  • Ability to write, communicate, facilitate, and present cogently to all levels of staff and management
  • Identifying and addressing stakeholder needs: building, maintaining, and utilizing relationship networks; communicating value propositions; managing resource requirements, project workflow and budgets; and preparing and/or coordinating complex written and verbal materials

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience supporting HRIS applications, preferably Workday
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an aptitude for problem solving
  • Familiar with Office 365 products. Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills

Desired Qualifications:

  • PMP and/or Agile
  • One or more Workday HCM certifications or Workday Pro
