Description Cindy Bradley at Robert Half is actively recruiting for a Senior Accountant with a strong background in Fixed Assets, Due Diligence, Audits, and Financial Statements to join this Real Estate/Property Mgmt , Seriices/Hospitality dynamic team. This role offers a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to take ownership and ensure the financial health of new properties and acquisitions. Key Responsibilities: • Manage Fixed Asset accounting and submit draw requests for new hotels and renovations. • Conduct due diligence and coordinate with operations and accounting for acquisitions and divestitures. • Ensure all licenses, permits and contracts are in place for new properties. • Prepare comprehensive financial statements for acquisitions until the hotel is fully operational. This includes GL analysis, balance sheet account reconciliation and prompt resolution of any hindrances regarding month-end close through effective coordination with the property GM. • Coordinate and provide necessary documentation for external and sales tax audits. • Oversee the sales tax process to ensure all taxes are correctly accounted for and paid. • Provide inputs for budgeting exercises. • Undertake other projects as assigned. Position Requirements: • A Degree in Accounting, Finance or in a relevant field • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position. • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel. M3 software a PLUS • Strong attention to detail. • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Immediate interviews! Requirements • A minimum of three years of experience in a G/L Accountant role or similar within the Real Estate Property/Facilities Mgt industry

• Proven proficiency in Microsoft Excel

• Demonstrable experience in General Ledger accounting

• Solid knowledge and practical application of Trial Balance

• Experience in Month End Close processes

• Proficiency in Financial Statement Preparation

• Experience in Financial Statements Consolidation

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail

• Knowledge of real estate industry regulations and financial rules

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is preferred.
