We are offering an opportunity for a Controller to join our team in Houston, Texas. This role is primarily responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our organization with a global presence. The Controller will play a key role in managing cash flow, tax optimization, liquidity management, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the financial operations of the organization, including the parent entity in the USA and affiliates in other countries

• Supervising financial procedures such as budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to optimize financial performance

• Managing cash flow between entiti

Requirements

• The candidate must have at least 5 years of experience as a hands-on Controller or in a similar role.

• Experience in oil and gas industry and Saas industry

• CPA highly preferred or Master

• International tax knowledge
