Job Title: Document Control Specialist IIIJob Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Document Control Specialist III to manage the document change request process for all electronic documentation at our site. In this role, you will initiate and manage workflows in the Document Management System (DMS), format final edits of documents, and serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the electronic DMS system. You will also assist and train other employees on the use of the system, perform system troubleshooting/configuration improvement tasks, and support internal/external audits by copying, scanning, and distributing documents as needed. Additional responsibilities include performing records management tasks such as filing, scanning, archiving, and issuing logbooks, as well as providing electronic copies of archived record requests when needed.
Hard Skills
Associate’s degree or higher
4+ years of experience (Oil/Gas or Pharma preferred)
Basic GMP knowledge
Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
