Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Data Governance Analyst in Houston, Texas. As part of our team, you will be responsible for managing data migration, governance, strategy, and cleansing. You will also be accountable for leading our Data Archive strategy, including ERP archive, and consolidation of various data sources.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the enterprise data strategy and governance framework.

• Coordinate with data analysts, data owners, and data migration teams for alignment and progress.

• Manage resources, scope, timeline, and delivery of data and analytics workstream activities.

• Mitigate risks and resolve issues to maintain project momentum and team efficiency.

• Ensure consistent communication with key stakeholders about challenges and track status against established milestones.

• Collaborate with program leads for status reporting and alignment with project goals.

• Coordinate data owners across different initiatives and value streams to ensure data integrity.

• Drive the understanding of the costs, benefits, and impacts of data management within the organization.

• Adapt knowledge and skills to different scenarios and challenges.

• Manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously, balancing priorities and meeting deadlines. Requirements • Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a Data Governance Analyst or in a similar role

• Demonstrated expertise in Data Governance is essential

• Proficiency in SAP Master Data Governance is a must

• Experience in Data Archiving is required
