My client located near the hobby airport is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This position plays a crucial role in accurately inputting and managing data essential to our operations. If you are interested please with an updated reason and be ready to interview.

Responsibilities

• Input orders into computer system, verify all information for accuracy, coordinate with shipping as necessary, and organize paperwork files.

• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries and requests.

• Serve as a liaison to expedite communication between customers and production.

• Manage sales order changes or cancellations internally and externally, ensuring updates are communicated to relevant departments or customers.

• Maintain close communication with Manufacturing to ensure realistic delivery date quotes within the on-time delivery guidelines.

• Participate in training sessions, meetings, skill development, and professional growth opportunities.
