We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, answering inquiries, and providing top-notch service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their needs

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner

  • Provide accurate product or service information

  • Document customer interactions and follow up when necessary

  • Meet performance metrics and goals

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Ability to multitask and handle high call volumes

  • Prior call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Benefits:

  • Weekly pay

  • Full-time hours (40 hours/week)

Pay Details: $15.00 per hour
