$50,000 to $60,000 salary per year.

Responsibilities of CRM Support Specialist :
Implement, configure, and maintain CRM systems to meet business requirements.
Customize features and functionalities to improve client interaction and internal workflow.
Manage user access, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support for users.
Adapt to a progressive technical role within the tech team, focusing on CRM support and evolving responsibilities, while providing expert assistance and issue resolutions for internal teams.
Managing FreshDesk, Crelate or similar CRM systems.
Maintain data integrity generating reports and pull data for analysis to support business decisions.
Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless integration of communication tracking and ticketing systems.
Requirements of CRM Support Specialist :
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field preferred.
Proven experience in CRM system management and support.
Strong understanding of customer service and ticketing system.
Effective communication and training skills.
Technical proficiency with CRM Software, databases, and reporting
Capability to broaden the scope of the technical support functions and adapt to emerging responsibilities within the technology team.
Technical background with experience in helpdesk support or technical customer service.
