Deloitte Consulting LLP seeks a Consulting, Specialist Master in Houston, Texas and various unanticipated Deloitte office locations and client sites nationally.
Work Youll Do
Manage the creation of innovative and transformative information technology project solutions that address supply chain needs. Oversee the creation of effective visions, strategies and roadmaps, in direct alignment and support of business objectives. Manage engagement planning and budgeting by defining deliverable structure, content and delivery while managing risks and quality of delivery. Manage information technology proposal development and oversee the development of pricing strategies for existing project extensions and new opportunities. Perform role of counselor and coach, actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities, and provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices. Improve internal processes and promote supply chain knowledge sharing in the team, by contributing to the community of practice, blogs, and other forms of market eminence.
50% Travel required nationally

Requirements
Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, any STEM field, or a related field. Must have 3 years of related work experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) and 5 years of progressive related work experience. Position requires 3 years of related work experience in each of the following:
Utilizing Industry Prints, Business Process Master List (BPML), Standard Content, and Model Company frameworks, to provide scalable and available designs to provide technical solutions;
Transforming and visualizing data, evaluating business processes, and drawing insights from analysis, utilizing SAP Signavio, Microsoft (MS) Visio, Azure, and Celonis for purposes of developing solutions for client challenges;
Working across phases of the Agile and Waterfall methodologies, including requirements, design, development, build, test, and deploy solutions for enterprise-level clients, utilizing Scrum, and SAP Activate methodologies;
Developing integration strategy and architecture recommendations for integrating Logistics and Transportation Management, and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) for Oil and Gas in the clients landscape;
Leading large-scale ERP, Transportation Management, Management, and Supply Chain Logistics implementations across organizations globally, driving program governance and managing client and stakeholder expectations;
Leading quality assurance (QA) for client deliverables, including business blueprints, requirements matrices, industry best practices, fit-gap analysis, business process design, functional specifications, and test scripts utilizing Atlassian Jira, and HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM);
Performing SAP S/4HANA Oil and Gas, Material Management (MM), Logistics, and Transportation Management production rollouts and providing post-production Hypercare support and defect resolution, utilizing HP ALM, and Jira; and
Managing project teams and project delivery, and tracking and resolving key issues and risks to budget, scope, and resources, utilizing SmartSheet.
