We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Collections Specialist in Houston, Texas. The incumbent will be part of an industry-leading team, working in a fast-paced environment to manage the collection processes. The role involves maintaining customer credit records, processing credit applications, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Our client located in the West are of Houston, TX is seeking a Collections Specialist. The Collections Specialist but have 2+ years of experience in Commercial Collections, must be detail oriented, and have excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will have experience in the commercial real estate industry and worked in Yardi. This is a direct hire opportunity paying 22/HR plus bonuses and benefits working 100% on site.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient and accurate processing of customer credit applications

• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer credit records

• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly

• Monitor customer accounts regularly and take necessary action when needed

• Utilize Collection Processes and Collections - Commercial skills to optimize operations

• Leverage Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting

• Deliver excellent customer service to maintain customer relationships

• Utilize Yardi and LexisNexis software for efficient management of collection processes

• Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals

• Contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the team.

Requirements • Proficient in Collection Processes and Commercial Collections

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software

• Excellent customer service skills

• Experience with Yardi and LexisNexis is preferred

• Ability to communicate effectively in a professional setting

• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations related to collections

• Attention to detail and ability to analyze financial data

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

• High degree of professionalism and ethical standards

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
