Job Description

The Chief Accountant will be responsible for the oversight of all accounting processes at the hotel. Responsibilities include posting monthly transactions, preparing monthly invoices and statements, posting cash receipts and wire transfers, reconciling A/R trial balance to General Ledger as needed, communicating with customers regarding collection issues, and assisting with various special projects as assigned. Includingreceiving, inventory, and purchase orders.They will also be responsible for the hotel's cash bank and will report to the Area Director of Finance.

Qualifications:

• Refined verbal and written communication skills

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Strong PC skills including Excel, Word, and financial accounting system use (Oracle Preferred)

• Two years accounting experience
