We're seeking experienced Call Center Collections Representatives fluent in Spanish and English to join our team in Houston! This in-office role requires prior call center or customer service experience, along with strong software and computer skills. You'll be responsible for navigating multiple systems and handling inbound calls related to collections for a law firm. This role is a temporary assignment and is 100% in-office in Houston, TX 77081. Responsibilities

• Handle inbound phone calls to collect outstanding monies

• Review accounts to identify adjustments, discrepencies, and create resolution requests

• Escalate debtor disputes

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
