Job Description

An employer in Houston is seeking a Business Analyst. This person will need to come from a petroleum or reservoir background. He or she will be working with the engineers to gather requirements, understand where the data is being collected at the moment, mimic workflows, work with the design team to create workflows and build out the application. He or she will need to come from reservoir or petroleum background to understand the data, understand technical specs and translate this to the developmednt team.

Skills and Requirements

Strong background in petroleum or reservoir engineering background

5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst

Experience gathering requirements and creating workflows

Strong experience with the software development life cycle (SDLC) SQL proficiency null
