Responsibilities

Join Weatherford an international oil and gas company at the forefront of the energy sector's transformation. We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Analyst to work in close collaboration with our executive leadership team. This role is a rare development opportunity as you will enter into a two-year rotational program, giving you credible experience with our various business units and international operations, as well as exposure to senior leadership.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Support your assigned Executive Leadership Team sponsor as they drive strategic objectives and initiatives within their function / area of business

  • Be called upon to perform critical analysis and provide insights aimed at implementing change and improving outcomes

  • Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in managing communications within the executive suite

  • Handle a challenging workload and international travel requirements effectively, ensuring timely results in a demanding environment

  • Lead a global initiative during the two-year program

Qualifications

Experience & Education

  • Masters of Business Administration (MBA), with 5-8 years of relevant professional experience prior to enrolling in MBA program

  • Background in the energy industry (preferred), preferably within a large, international corporate setting

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Demonstrated analytical skills, particularly in Excel and other data analysis tools Strong communication and presentation abilities, capable of effectively engaging with stakeholders at various levels

  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment, with a commitment to achieving high goals and the resilience to meet the demands of extensive travel

  • Ability to relocate as part of rotational program

    Travel Requirement

  • This role may require domestic and potentially international travel of up to: 25%

  • Ability to relocate as part of the rotational program (year one: Houston; year two: international assignment)
