Description

We are offering a role for an Accounts Payable Supervisor in Southwest Houston, Texas. The selected candidate will be overseeing high volume processing in a shared services environment, leading teams through system implementations, and spearheading process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee high volume processing of accounts payable transactions

• Lead and manage teams through system implementations

• Drive process improvements in accounts payable operations

• Handle troubleshooting duties during system implementations

• Ensure buy-in from team members during system implementation

• Oversee the implementation of the accounts payable workflow system

• Utilize accounting software systems, ADP - Financial Services, and ERP solutions effectively

• Manage accounting functions and expense reporting

• Handle accounts payable operations using NetSuite

• Collaborate with shared services teams for efficient operations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Supervisor/Manager for a minimum of five years

• In-depth knowledge of Accounting Functions, particularly Accounts Payable (AP)

• Experience with Expense Reporting

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite

• Experience working in a Shared Services environment

• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
