Job title: Administrative Specialist

Shift: 40 hours per week with potential for overtime

Location: Onsite, Houston TX

Conversion: Potential to convert to Full-Time Employee (FTE)

Top must skills

Experience with SAP and/or Ariba systems.

Proficiency in Excel, including basic analysis and reporting.

Familiarity with the full Microsoft Office suite, including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

4-5 years of relevant experience in an administrative, operational, or similar role.

Must hold a valid driver’s license for potential travel or onsite requirements.

Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and service orders.

Write routine reports, correspondence, and handle internal/external communication efficiently.

Perform basic numerical, statistical, and financial analysis.

Follow detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions using common sense and practical understanding.

Manage multiple tasks, priorities, and responsibilities effectively, ensuring timely completion of assigned duties.

Collaborate with multiple teams and departments to support various functions and projects.
