Position Overview:   We're looking for enthusiastic and dependable Winter Season Equipment Operators to join our team for the upcoming snowy season. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in alleviating the challenges that come with heavy snowfall. Your efforts will directly contribute to a smoother, less stressful winter experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities: - Operate snow removal equipment to clear snow from driveways, parking lots, and roadways. - Ensure timely and efficient snow removal operations, primarily during early morning hours (1-8 am) and occasionally during the afternoon if snowfall is significant. - Follow safety procedures and equipment maintenance guidelines. - Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate snow removal efforts. - Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent service to all clients.

Requirements: - No previous equipment operating experience necessary; we are happy to provide comprehensive training. - Must be available for shifts primarily between 1 am and 8 am, with potential additional afternoon shifts during heavy snowfall. - Flexibility to work when it snows, but you can request time off with advanced notice. - Reliable transportation to and from work, especially during inclement weather.
