Salary: $70-90,000 plus benefits

Schedule: Mon-Thur 5AM-3:15PM

Location: Hortonville, WI

Duration: Permanent position with benefits

What’s a typical day as a Maintenance Manager? You’ll be:

• Overseeing the performance of highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, and repair and maintain production and facility equipment.

• Providing emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performing scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.

• Performing simple fabrication/machinist duties and responsibilities.

• Using your mechanic skills including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment.

• Reading and interpreting equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.

• Managing and tracking the schedule maintenance program.

• Diagnosing problems, replacing or repairing parts, testing, and making adjustments.

• Performing regular preventive maintenance on machines, equipment, and facilities.

• Performing a variety of plumbing maintenance and carpentry functions.

• Using a variety of hand tools and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties.

• Detecting faulty operations, defective material, and reporting those and any unusual situations to proper supervision.

• Complying with safety regulations and maintaining clean and orderly work areas.

• Cutting up to 72 inch steel pipes when needed.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma/GED.

• Have technical training and/or past work experience.

• Have 4+ years of manufacturing experience, with strong hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical, and industrial skills.

• Have some PLC experience and HVAC knowledge.

• Experience with Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Word
