RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ensure delivery of all mail, packages, and office supplies daily.
Ensure all packages and accountable mail is tracked and signed for.
Ensure effective, timely and communicated sweeps including a posted "Last Run of the Day" sweep.
Copying / printing responsibilities
Ensure all mail and packages - via USPS, UPS (World Ship shipments, UPS online Campus Ship Shipments), are properly prepared and posted.
Ensure all International shipments are properly packaged and shipped to include commercial invoice.
Assist with set up and breakdown of conference rooms, including food for meetings and special events.
Cover reception / switchboard when required
Notify client contact when postage meter needs to be refilled and ensure meter is updated.
Coordinate any Priority Mailings - sort & prepare materials for mailing or shipping via USPS, UPS, etc.
Maintain inventory of all necessary supplies.
Manage customer service window for employee personal shipments and maintain logs.
Maintain all required logs for site operation.
Other duties as assigned.
Provide back up to manager.
Supervise employees as needed.
Other duties as assigned by manager.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School diploma or equivalent (GED).
3 years of leadership experience in mail, copy, and/or office services.
Minimum of 2-5 years Mail/Print services related experience preferred with knowledge of commonly used Office Services procedures.
1-3 years' experience with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc.).
Excellent customer service skills; must possess a "can do" attitude.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment.
Competency in performing multiple functional tasks.
Attention to detail.
Ability to handle mail or hand cart, as well as flatbed.
Hazmat experience preferred.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
