Job Title: GMP Maintenance Specialist

Location: Horsham, PA

Schedule: Monday- Friday 7:30-4pm (On call rotation as well)

Type: 6 Month Contract-Hire

Pay: Starting $30+ (Based on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Maintain critical utilities and GMP/Non-GMP equipment (HVAC, boilers, chillers, water systems, etc.).

• Perform preventive/corrective maintenance on GMP equipment.

• Respond to alarms 24/7; participate in on-call rotation.

• Develop and update SOPs for maintenance.

• Monitor Building Automation Systems; address issues promptly.

• Conduct daily utility walkthroughs and troubleshoot equipment.

• Supervise contractors and manage maintenance work orders.

• Assist with spare parts procurement and attend required training.

  Requirements:

• 2-year technical school degree or equivalent experience. High school diploma or equivalent required.

• HVAC Training preferred.

• General electrical wiring/installation training preferred.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Maintenance Mechanic, or with an equivalent trade.

• Experience working in a GMP environment and completion of GMP documentation required.

• Building Management System experience (Siemens, Johnson Controls) a plus.

• GMP documentation skills.
