Our client right above Philadelphia, PA is looking to add a Field Service Technician to their growing team! This is a very exciting opportunity that includes up to 85% travel around the US and sometimes Canada. This opportunity is perfect for folks who have great mechanical and electrical skills that will be able to help our client with installation needs of their pharma equipment at various customer sites. Candidates will need a High School Diploma or GED equivalent as well as relevant work experience in an industrial background. responsibilities:

• Demonstrate mechanical aptitude for assembling equipment based on General Arrangement (GA) drawings and safely re-wiring pre-tested equipment.

• Interpret and annotate GA diagrams, P&IDs, and detailed manufacturing drawings according to required standards.

• Comprehend the mechanical hardware specifications and Functional Design Specifications for client projects.

• Utilize project documentation such as Traceability Matrices, Engineering Design Calculations, Bills of Materials, Test and Validation Protocols, and Operating, Maintenance, and Safety Manuals during equipment and system assembly and testing.

• Develop troubleshooting skills for complex process systems, including fans, pumps, control valves, instrumentation, electrical systems, and PLC-controlled systems with HMIs.

• Provide assembly support for process equipment at the factory, maintaining high-quality standards and handling unscheduled maintenance visits.

• Adhere to safety protocols as defined by local regulations and company procedures, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
