This position is remote, candidates must reside anywhere in the USA. Preferred locations are Horsham, PA or Chicago, IL Position Summary: The Customer Executive Distributor Development will have key responsibilities for providing strategic leadership and building value-based relationships across the distributor portfolio network through collaborative planning and execution. The role will drive performance and influence distributor's agreement for expanding the availability and sale of Bimbo Bakehouse Foodservice products, and future innovation products while building the capability of and inspiring Distributor Sales Representatives to grow our Foodservice presence. This position will be responsible for a portfolio of multiple top distribution companies including Sysco, US Foods, Gordon Foodservice, PFG, and Distributor GPO's such as UniPro. As an integral part of the foodservice team, you will establish a presence and will ensure execution results. While you are at it, you will be building your network and expertise in a thriving and prioritized channel within both Bimbo Bakeries and the broader food manufacturers industry.

Key Job Responsibilities: Account Development Establish and maintain top-to-top relationship with customers and set the strategy for each to grow profitably. Lead the execution of quarterly customer initiatives. You will encourage and create innovative ideas that achieve breakthrough results. Identifying key issues and generating creative solutions. Work closely with marketing, product development, and product management to provide distributors with effective category management strategies that grow value share. Take charge with customer insight gathering, price intelligence, forecasting, customer development planning, customer service delivery, and contract / price management. Manage/Lead the RFP process. Distributor Management Ensure broker teams are fully ready to execute initiatives with excellence. Facilitating and communicating quarterly execution plans and period initiatives will be key to your success. You will ensure the broker is executing against distributor's lost customers, customers not buying, and non-core non-aligned targeted operator lists. Strategic Partnerships Ensure the Customer Marketing team creates sales tools to aid in selling against the customer category plans. You will connect with the distributor and internal National Account Teams on significant initiatives that drive growth and ensure appropriate distribution at local operating companies/divisions. Collaborate with cross-functional representation to ensure that Bimbo delivers the full depth and breadth of resources required to deliver mutual benefits/results against annual business plan. Analytics Knowing your business will be imperative in driving sales growth. Leveraging industry and category insights you will enhance execution plans and drive growth for the customer and Bimbo. Budget Management You w ll be responsible for Bimbo's overall financial health and wellbeing of each customer's product portfolio, trade and travel spend. #LI-VB1 Position Requirements:

Education and Work History: BA/BS Degree Combination of 5 years of experience with significant foodservice sales experience with broad line distribution. Strong foodservice industry knowledge and category expertise Sales experience with a brokered go-to-market model Ability to prepare, implement, influence, and execute collaborative annual business plans. Strong P&L knowledge. Ability to lead, prioritize, collaborate, and execute complex projects. Seek alternatives and recommend best solutions that gain all parties support and lead to win-win results. Must have called on Key customers recently and understand Structure as well as CATMAN process. Self-motivator, able to work on his or her own, team mindset. Able and willing to travel up to 50% of the time.
