Horseshoe Bay Resort is looking for Golf Member Services Attendants at our 4 Championship-level courses. This position serves as an outside golf service attendant, assisting golfers with golf carts and equipment, and maintaining an efficient outside service area.
*Golf Member Services Attendant is a tipped position.

JOB OVERVIEW: GROUNDS SUPERVISOR / FOREMAN
The Foreman is responsible for overseeing all grounds maintenance within the assigned area including the programming and operation of the grounds irrigation systems. The foreman is required to report any irregularities in grounds quality to the appropriate supervisor or technician.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Mow lawn areas and all other areas as needed or directed.
Safely perform and train associates on the proper operation of mowers, hedge trimmers, string trimmers, edgers, chain saws and small hand tools in performing job assignments.
Edge along all curbs, sidewalks and hardscapes as needed or directed.
Shovel sand, gravel and/or mulch as needed or directed.
Hand remove weeds as needed or directed.
Operate a backpack or hand held blower for debris clean-up as needed or directed.
Assist with administrative, scheduling, and inventory tasks as needed.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum age requirement - 21 years
High School diploma or equivalent General Education Degree (GED) is preferred.
Valid driver’s license and ability to meet the requirements of driver insurability as established by the insurance carrier is preferred.
Basic office skills including email, and word processing.
Working knowledge of and ability to safely use hand and power tools and equipment.
Working knowledge of safe and efficient mechanical operation of utility vehicles and other motorized and hand held golf course maintenance equipment and procedures.
Sufficient mechanical aptitude and basic working knowledge of gasoline and diesel equipment operation to properly check equipment prior to use.
Knowledge of methods, materials and tools used in grounds and landscape maintenance and construction.
ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• High degree of good common sense and basic math skills.
• Basic oral and written communication skills and able to follow instructions.
• Resident, member and guest sensitivity.
• Communication with the mechanic staff is essential.
• Experience with resort landscape maintenance is preferred.
