Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting various types of machinery and equipment in a clean, temperature-controlled environment. You will handle a variety of tasks including electrical and mechanical maintenance, PLC troubleshooting, and minor fabrication work.
Responsibilities
Respond to operator calls, making up 50-60% of the job.
Troubleshoot Allen Bradley and Omron PLCs, including plugging in, changing timers, and performing minor edits.
Repair and troubleshoot cameras and vision systems.
Work with 3-phase and single-phase motors.
Read and interpret drawings and blueprints for electrical cabinets.
Replace sensors and vision system components.
Essential Skills
3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
Strong electrical skills
PLC troubleshooting on Allen Bradley and Omron PLCs
Electrical troubleshooting
Mechanical and electrical maintenance
Ability to read schematics and blueprints
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Fanuc/Motoman robots
Preventive maintenance skills
Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics

Work Environment
Work in a clean and temperature-controlled facility. Uniforms are provided at no cost, and there is an annual allowance of $150 for boots. Openings are on 2nd shift.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $56160.00 - $60320.00/yr.
Vacation begins accruing from day 1
2 weeks of paid time off accrued in year 1
There are 10 paid holidays throughout the year
