Concord USA LLC Technical Lead in Hopkins, Minnesota

Lead the Backend team of their daily task and activities: Provide technical guidance in issue investigation and resolution; Provide level of estimates on work; Review team deliverables, including to ensure meets functional, non-functional, quality and other requirements; Develop and guide the team members in completing their tasks; Clarify any technical or requirements queries from the team; Design and efficiently build quality and secure code in a timely manner to address business requirements following the standards set by the organization: Coordinate with Client/Onshore through regular working sessions team to discuss the requirements and provide impact analysis; Create and/or Develop Technical requirements; Ensure process compliance and participating in technical discussions/reviews; Participate in defect triage with QA team; Review deployment guides; Manage technology in project and providing technical guidance: Convert user stories into high level design and provide inputs for sprint planning; Execute experience in Salesforce Commercial Cloud (SFCC) and SFCC out-of-the-box features, storefront customizations, plugins, link cartridges, and SFCC Business Manager and Open Commerce API; Analyze back-end solutions: Perform and provide root cause analysis; and Fix or workaround on issues reported. Minimum Requirements are: Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience as determined by a written evaluation from a qualified credentials evaluator in Information Systems, MIS, Computer Science, or related field plus 2 years of experience as an IT technical lead or architect. In addition, must possess at least two (2) years of experience with at least three of the following: Salesforce; working with integration platforms as well as related architecture and implementation solution; software development lifecycle, messaging patterns, endpoint security, interfaces with internal and external applications, and database knowledge; the full cycle of project development, from requirements to delivery and support; third party integrations, including Paypal, Adobe, and CyberSource; creating, managing, and documenting service contracts; Agile, Java, or WebServices experience; leadership experience, experience on technology projects and deliverables, or managing a team to execution. Work Site: 509 2nd Ave. S, Hopkins, MN 55343. Position is based out of and reports to Concord s HQ in Hopkins, MN but allows for the option to telecommute out of home anywhere in the U.S. Concord requires employees to undergo background checks.
