We're looking for an experienced Press Brake Operator to join our team! In this role, you'll work with state-of-the-art equipment to produce high-quality metal components, ensuring each bend is perfectly on point. Responsibilities

• Machine Setup and Calibration: Set up the press brake machine by adjusting dies, settings, and configurations according to the job specifications to ensure accurate bends.

• Reading Blueprints and Schematics: Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, or work orders to understand the required dimensions and angles of metal parts.

• Material Handling: Load and align metal sheets or plates onto the press brake, securing them properly to prevent movement during bending operations.

• Operating the Press Brake: Operate the machine to bend, form, and shape metal sheets to precise specifications, monitoring the process to ensure accuracy and quality.

• Quality Control and Inspection: Inspect finished products for accuracy, checking measurements and tolerances to ensure they meet design standards and making adjustments as necessary.

• Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance on the press brake, such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting parts, and troubleshoot any issues that arise during operation to minimize downtime.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
