IMMEDIATE HIRING FOR PACKAGER POSITIONS

START ASAP - PAY -$18/HR.

Description:

• In this position you will be working directly with 2-5 others on one machine to efficiently package the finished materials as they are coming out of the machine.

• These machines are Roll Forming machines and the main product they are producing are metal shingles, siding, and gutters.

• Each product is visually quality checked to ensure no manufacturing defects are present.

Other Responsibilities:

• Must be comfortable working with others as this is a fast paced environment that requires everyone to be paying close attention.

• Must be comfortable with making boxes, packaging, palletizing and moving product.

• Must be familiar and comfortable with Power tools (Drills, Staple Gun, and other pneumatic tools).

• Ability to learn several machines and work with different groups every day.

• Every day is different and you will be expected to work with every machine and different individuals. Schedules are posted two weeks in advance.

Skills & Qualifications:

• 6+ months in manufacturing/production environment

• Mechanically inclined

• Hand and Power tool experience

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide inches and pounds, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

• Ability to read and understand tape measures and calculators.

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in.

• Must have the ability to be able to measure parts as part of quality checks.
