What success looks like in this role: This position is an execution role, taking direction from the Unisys OCM Lead (OCM Sr. Manager or OCM Manager as assigned) Supports change management activities for Unisys OCM active projects. Make significant contribution in the fulfillment of communication and project performance supporting requirements associated with OCM strategic initiatives. The OCM Sr. Analyst is the publication resource for print and digital communications for client and internal OCM projects and will produce Videos, Brochures, Posters, OCM Solution Briefs; OCM Change, Communication, Training, Leader Action, Engagement, Sustainment, and other plans. Assist in the design and development of OCM collateral. You will be successful in this role if you have: An undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or business is preferred. Minimum of 2 years of related marketing or communications, or training experience In-depth knowledge of MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, We Video or other video software, storyboarding using creative design and publishing tools Strong writing skills, including the ability to synthesize information into clear, concise messages both for detailed analytical reports and executive summaries. Ability to work independently, work with a remote team, think creatively, manage own time, and take the initiative to help drive projects. Experience with technology implementations (preferred not a requirement). #LI-KB1 This role may require access to export-controlled commodities and technology.
