Our knowledge and fun create a memorable experience for our patients. The LPN Visit Nurse plays a key role in direct nursing care in the patient home. What s in it for me? Complete patient visits as needed under the direction of the RN Case Manager. Participates in the implementation and oversight of nursing and home health aide services.
