onsemi is seeking a highly motivated Technology Development Manager to lead the development and implementation of onsemi Image Sensor technologies. The selected individual will be part of the Technology Development team located at the East Fishkill, NY 300mm wafer fab. This position will be responsible for managing a group of development engineers working on projects associated with and in support of onsemi’s Image Sensor technologies product roadmap. This will involve directly managing a team of engineers working on new processes, new pixel architecture and technologies, Yield and Performance improvements, and New Product/Technology Introduction and ramp to volume manufacturing. This leadership position requires a good leader with demonstrated people skills as well as strong partnership interactions with internal Business Units, Product Teams, Manufacturing/Operations management, Process and Equipment Engineers, and executives to ensure the project outputs align with the stakeholder’s evolving needs.
