We are currently seeking a Full-Time Shift Foreman in our Hope, AR Pellet Mill.

In this role, you will lead a team assigned to your shift, perform administrative tasks, assign tasks to employees and oversee progress. We are looking for an experienced leader that has shown the ability to drive results through coaching and developing, as well as bringing innovative ideas to our team.

Responsibilities:

• Perform Role as Control Room Operator of the assigned shift.
• Manage and assist with routine maintenance tasks that are required during the assigned shift.
• Manage employees assigned to the shifts.
• Perform routine administrative tasks for direct reports such as time-off requests, etc.
• Assign duties to employees and oversee their progress.
• Provide guidance and feedback to employees when needed.
• Train and integrate new workers.
• Ensure industry rules and regulations are followed.
• Resolve conflicts between employees.
• Overall Shift Supervisory responsibilities in a 24/7 rotating shift production environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Shift Supervisor or similar role.
• Full understanding of industry safety standards.
• Comprehensive knowledge of basic software, such as Word and Excel.
• The ability to meet the physical demands of the job, such as standing up for long hours and lifting heavy loads occasionally.
• Working well within a team.
• Ability to multitask.
• Leadership and conflict-management skills.
• Boiler/Control Room Experience.
• High School Diploma

Schedule:

• 12- Hour Shift
• Day Shift
• Night shift
• Weekends Availability

Experience:

• Mill/manufacturing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Forklift: 1 year (Preferred)
• Wheel Loader operation: 1 year (Preferred)
• Foreman/management: 1 year (Preferred)
• Boiler/Control Room: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver\'s License (Preferred)
