DESCRIPTION OF WORK Your role entails performing various clerical and administrative tasks, including personnel functions, park visitor services, and routine office functions at Raccoon Creek State Park. Part of your responsibilities will be entering and maintaining data in the Fiscal Management program, specifically in the payroll section and the 100 portion of the budget section. You will also serve as the leave clerk and timekeeper for both permanent and seasonal personnel. In addition, you will be responsible for inventorying and securing necessary forms, publications, and brochures for the smooth operation of the park office, as well as assisting in maintaining brochure racks.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Shift hours and days vary due to operational need, with a 30-minute lunch Weekends, holidays and all shifts as needed at 37.5 hours per week Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (commonwealth title); or Graduation from high school; or An equivalent combination of experience and training. Other Requirements:
