Role and Responsibilities

This entry-level Manufacturing Operations Associate role will work primarily for the Blisk team. In this role, they will perform a variety of functions including but not limited to:

Job Tasks May Include:

• Cleaning and 5S (workplace organization) of shop areas.

• Staging various jobs, fixtures, materials, and tooling.

• Replenishing consumable material stations.

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

• Maintain detailed job task documentation, reports, and records.

• Administrative and clerical tasks within Production, Training, Production Control, Quality, Lean and/or Engineering.

• Performing related environmental, health, safety, maintenance, quality, continuous improvement, and production-flow job duties to support plant machinery, equipment, and manufacturing-related initiatives and programs.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED

Desirable Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma fundamentals

• Adherence to Environment, Health, & Safety (EH&S) processes and procedures.

• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.

• Oral and written communication skills..

• Demonstrated ability in maintaining relationships by recognizing needs and sensitivities of others and cooperating and resolving conflicts that inspire the Team in achieving objectives and deliverables.

• Demonstrated ability in receiving guidance and supervision, following work rules, safety practices, work procedures; meeting deadlines; and punctuality and attendance standards.

This role requires access to U.S. export-controlled information. If applicable, final offers will be contingent on ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information from the U.S. Government.
